Camp staff are some of the bravest, strongest, most loving and crazy people around. They make sure that the 'gears' of camp life run smoothly. They are well trained, energetic, fun loving and disciplined. If this sounds like something you would like to do please consider volunteering or even spending a summer working with us. We guarantee your life will be radically changed!

Camp is definitely the best place to work! But it’s more than a job – it’s a ministry. It’s a place where you give your all to see Jesus move in the lives of the campers and other staff. It’s a place to experience the living God. We want to see you use and grow in your God-given gifts for the glory of the Lord. We are looking for followers of Jesus, who are committed to living like him and loving like he does.
To begin the process of becoming a member of our staff team an online application form must be submitted. Our Staff Applications for the 2018 summer season will open January 1, 2018 at 12:01am and close on April 30, 2018.

Our Aim

In training our staff, we aim to give all employees the tools they need to fulfill the great command and great commission of Jesus to "Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Our Staff

Camp staff come from all walks of life, from students to nurses, builders to cooks. We are grateful and thankful to God for these people who give up their summers to look after, teach and love children.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

These staff are the considered our ‘front line’ staff. They are the ones in the cabin with a group of 6-10 campers each week and are responsible for the everyday well being of the children. They also teach or assist in a particular skill area.
SERVEstaff is for High School students who wish to work at camp for a week(s) during the summer. This program is intentionally focused to build up our new staff and train young leaders to know what it takes to run camp, how to be a devoted follower of Christ, and how to serve in various other positions at camp. Our SERVEstaff program is a lot like a LIT (Leader-in-Training) program. The jobs of our SERVEstaff will encompass the dishpit, custodial, maintenance, and other support staff duties to help our kids camps run smoothly. SERVEstaff is headed by two of our leadership staff that will mentor, disciple, and teach these up-and-coming camp staff what it takes to be a leader at The Quest!
Our waterfront is the place to be in the summer! As a Lifeguard you are responsible for the safety and supervision of all campers as they enjoy our floating water trampoline and marked swimming area. Our Junior Lifeguard, if under the age of 18, must posses valid Bronze Cross, First Aid, CPR C or equivalent.
