​FOOD SERVICE POLICY & PRICES: 
Our Lodge is equipped with a full commercial kitchen and guests renting the Lodge can either
1.     Rent the kitchen at $125+GST per day, and make your own meals (Self Catering),  
2.     Make use of our full food service (Kitchen staff).
3.     Special request meal plans can be made after booking has been processed and confirmed. Some meals may incur additional costs (ie: banquet, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc)

Booking Deposit
​
All Rental Contracts must be accompanied with a deposit in order to confirm the agreement.
This deposit will be applied to your final bill and becomes non-refundable within 30 days of reservation or 90 days if reservation is from May 1 to September 30 ("high season"). 
The group will be required to give a "final count" 30 days prior to the booking date. Based on that number the invoice will be generated and you will be expected to mail payment in full, less deposit before the event, or bring balance with you to camp. If the number of participants at the event is lower than the final count, the group will still be responsible for the costs invoiced. If your numbers exceed the final count, you will be billed for the overage in numbers. 
Unless other arrangements have been made, check-in is after 4pm, and checkout is noon.
 
• Lodge Rental: 
• For 20-30 people: a $500 deposit is required; or if requesting Food Service, this deposit will increase to $1200 
• For 30+ people: a $1000 deposit is required; or if requesting Food Service, this deposit will increase to $1500 
• Retreat House Rental: 
• A $350 deposit is required with all bookings for the Retreat House
• Facilities left unclean will automatically be charged the cleaning fees.
