WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMP?
Well, to be honest we are not fans of cancelations but life happens and we understand that, so to that end, if the need to cancel happens please contact the director by phone 1-306-981-3788 or email firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
WHEN DO I DROP CAMPERS OFF?
Campers registration opens at 2pm Sunday in the Bio-dome every week of summer camp
WHAT SHOULD CAMPERS LEAVE AT HOME?
Weapons of any kind, expensive jewellery, cell phones, expensive electronics, string bikini's, inappropriate clothing, large amounts of cash, or a wallet for that matter.
WHEN DO I PICK UP MY CAMPER?
Campers can be picked up at 3pm Friday of there week. We do a parent /camper goodbye at the end which starts at 3pm and only goes for 1/2 hour so you should be on the road no later then 4ish depending how fast your child is.
do i register my camper for the grade he/she is in or going into?
When you register your camper, the grade your child is going into is the right one you want to register your child into. So, for example "Jon is in grade 7 but going into grade 8 next year then unroll him as a grade 8 which would be our Senior high camp.
Grade 6 choices, intermediate camp or junior high camp?
This year grade 6 campers have a choice to make. They can go into intermediate camp as an older camper or a young camper in our junior high camp.
